Hudson Valley Biomass, Thinking Green® is proud to announce its certification as a HEAP certified wood pellets vendor. As a result, we can now provide eligible residents with affordable, sustainable heating through New York State’s Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP).
What Is HEAP?
The HEAP program helps income-eligible New Yorkers cover the cost of heating and cooling their homes. Qualified households may receive one regular HEAP benefit per program year. In addition, they may qualify for emergency assistance if they’re at risk of running out of fuel or facing a utility shut-off.
