Manufacturer’s Warranty
All physical quality claims must be made within 30 days of delivery. Inspect your pallets upon arrival (see guidelines for inspecting your fuel). In the rare instance that our driver nicks a bag with a forklift during delivery, or if you’ve lost fuel due to torn or water damaged bags or packaging, you’re covered under our Physical Quality Guarantee. Give us a call right away; 845-421-1164. We may require a photo of the damage, so that we can work with our manufacturers to stop the problem from happening again.
BURN QUALITY (Does Not Include Less-Than-Perfect Sales)

Maintenance Manufacturer’s Warranty
In addition to regular weekly and monthly maintenance, it is highly recommended to have your heating stove professionally cleaned and serviced once a year, or every 2-3 tons burned, based on whichever comes first. A professional cleaning not only ensures the removal of stubborn soot and creosote deposits but also allows for a thorough inspection of the stove’s internal components. This inspection helps identify any potential issues or worn-out parts that may require replacement, ensuring the stove’s optimal performance and safety.
Remember … to remove ash every few days, perform a thorough cleaning weekly, follow the monthly maintenance recommendations in your stove manual, and schedule a professional cleaning after burning 2 tons of pellets.
